
Chicken nuggets
This recipe recreates chicken nuggets at home using lean chicken mince. Pan fry them in minimal oil or spray oil.
Ingredients
- 500g Chicken mince
- 1/2 Teaspoon garlic
- 1 Egg whisked
- 1 Teaspoon salt (or one chicken stock cube)
- 3/4 Cup bread crumbs
METHOD
Thoroughly combine all ingredients together in a bowl and form into suitable sized balls. If desired, roll the balls in extra bread crumbs to acheive a crunchier, crumbed texture.
