Anzac Biscuits
Ingredients
- 1 Cup plain flour
- 1 Cup caster sugar
- 1 Cup rolled oats
- 1 Cup coconut
- 125g Butter
- 2 Tablespoons golden syrup
- 1 Tablespoons boiling water
- 1 Teaspoon Bi-carb
METHOD
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Melt butter and golden syrup. Combine water and bi-carb and add to the butter mix.
- Combine both mixtures in a large bowl.
- Teaspoon sized balls onto tray and allow space for spreading.
- 160 - 180 degrees oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
