Apricot & Coconut choc Biscuits
Ingredients
- 1 Cup plain flour
- 1 Cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 Cup rolled oats
- I cup Coconut
- 1/2 Cup diced apricots
- 1 Cup cornflakes
- 1/4 Cup dark chocolate bits
- 125g melted butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla
METHOD
Combine dry ingredients. Whisk wet ingredients and combine with dry, 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
