Ingredients

  • 1 Cup plain flour 
  • 1 Cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 Cup rolled oats 
  • I cup Coconut 
  • 1/2 Cup diced apricots 
  • 1 Cup cornflakes 
  • 1/4 Cup dark chocolate bits 
  • 125g melted butter 
  • 2 Eggs 
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla 

METHOD

Combine dry ingredients. Whisk wet ingredients and combine with dry, 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
