Tori’s Banana and Sour Cream Cake
A classic banana cake. Substitute low fat greek yoghurt instead of the sour cream. Ice it with lemon icing.
Ingredients
- 126g Butter (1.5 times = 188g)
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 Cup castor sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup mashed Banana
- 1/3 Cup sour cream
- 2 Cups S.R flour (self raising flour)
- 1/4 Teaspoon Bi-Carb
