Tori’s Banana and Sour Cream Cake

A classic banana cake. Substitute low fat greek yoghurt instead of the sour cream. Ice it with lemon icing.

Ingredients

  • 126g Butter (1.5 times = 188g)
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla 
  • 1 Cup castor sugar 
  • 2 Eggs 
  • 1 Cup mashed Banana
  • 1/3 Cup sour cream 
  • 2 Cups S.R flour (self raising flour) 
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Bi-Carb

METHOD

1.5 X Recipe = One large cake
