Sausage Roll Mixture

Using quality mince meat ensures you control the ingredients and make these as healthy as possible.

Serves 8 - 10 Adults

Ingredients

Cook together and cool the following: 

  • 2 Small onions
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic 
  • 1 Teaspoon Chilli Flakes
  • Parsley Stalks 

Once cool combine these ingredients with:

    • 500g Pork Mince 
    • 500g Beef Mince
    • 1 Tablespoon Djorn Mustard
    • 1 Small Tub Tomato Paste 
    • 1 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce
    • 2 Eggs beaten 
    • 1 Cup of bread crumbs 
    • 2 Teaspoons salt 
    • Fresh Parsley
    • 1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar

METHOD

Thoroughly combine the ingredients.

One 500g Pack of puff pastry Cut in half sheets.

Serves about 8 adults.
