Spiced Sweet Biscuits

Ingredients
- 3/4 Cups Butter (175g)
- 1 Cup Dark Sugar (175g)
- 2 Cups Plain Flour (225g)
- Pinch Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Bi-Carb
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cloves
- 2 Tablespoons Dark Rum
METHOD
Heaped teaspoon Mounds Spaced apart & cooked at 180 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes
