
Healthy Muffins
A basic recipe for healthy muffins that you can adapt to use with different fruit and fillings.
Ingredients
- 1/3 Cup canola oil
- 1 3/4 Cups S.R flour wholemeal (self raising flour)
- 3/4 Cup honey
- 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 Cups oats
- 1 Cup natural yogurt
- 2 Eggs
METHOD
Mix all ingredients and add fruit of choice (Grated apple, chopped strawberries, dried apricots)
