Healthy Butter Chicken
Super quick and easy
Ingredients
- 1 Medium Onion
- 400g Tin Tomatoes
- 500g Diced Chicken
- 2 Tablespoons Tandoori Paste
- 1/2 cup Chicken Stock
- 400g Red Lentils
- 1/2 cup Philadelphia Light cream for cooking
METHOD
Brown the onion and once softened add the tandoori paste and cook until fragrant. Add the chicken and cook until the meat is coated in the paste. Add the tomatoes, lentils, chicken stock and simmer until the chicken is cooked. Just before serving, add the light cream.
