Healthy Muffins

A basic recipe for healthy muffins that you can adapt to use with different fruit and fillings.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 Cup canola oil
  • 1 3/4 Cups S.R flour wholemeal (self raising flour)
  • 3/4 Cup honey
  • 1 Teaspoon cinnamon 
  • 1 1/2 Cups oats
  • 1 Cup natural yogurt
  • 2 Eggs

METHOD

Mix all ingredients and add fruit of choice (Grated apple, chopped strawberries, dried apricots)
