Sopho’s Custard Cake
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Caster sugar
- 2 Cups S.R flour
- 1/2 Cup custard powder
- 4 Eggs
- 2 Teaspoons vanilla
- 1 Cup milk
Method
- Mix sugar, flour and custard powder.
- Whisk eggs and vanilla, and add melted butter
- Beat for 2 minutes then add milk.
- Grease ring tin and coat with caster sugar.
- 160 degrees for approx 1 hour.
