Sopho’s Custard Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Caster sugar
  • 2 Cups S.R flour 
  • 1/2 Cup custard powder 
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 Cup milk

Method

  1. Mix sugar, flour and custard powder.
  2. Whisk eggs and vanilla, and add melted butter
  3. Beat for 2 minutes then add milk.
  4. Grease ring tin and coat with caster sugar.
  5. 160 degrees for approx 1 hour.
